Pick up tickets any time the day of the game at the Carnesecca Arena Ticket Office. Customers must present photo identification.

Receiving Tickets
Please safeguard your tickets as you would any other valuable. Tickets cannot be replaced.

Tickets for men's basketball games will be sent by Federal Express within three days after payment has been received and the order is processed. Please contact us if tickets are not received within one week.

When picking up tickets at the Reservation Window you must have proper identification (such as a driver's license or Company ID card).

NCAA Rules and Regulations
St. John's University follows all NCAA rules and regulations (16.2.1 and 16.2.2) for all athletic events. A ticket is required for all spectators regardless of age for the following sports: men's and women's basketball, lacrosse, and men's and women's soccer. Each guest must appear in person to receive complimentary admission. He/she must also present valid photo identification at that time.
