Strength and Conditioning

St. John's is fortunate to have a large number of talented student athletes, as well as the tools and equipment necessary to keep our athletes injury-free and in top form.

In an effort to maintain and promote comprehensive fitness and health, the Strength and Conditioning staff assists student athletes in the following areas:
