Men's Soccer Edged By No. 20 Northwestern In Exhibition

In its final exhibition tune up before the 2008 regular season,
the St. John's men's soccer team was edged by Northwestern, 3-2, in
the feature game of the South Jersey Soccer Festival hosted by The
Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
St. John's took an early 1-0 lead in the 16th minute as a pair
of freshman teamed up for the goal. Pablo Punyed found the back of
the net after an assist from Connor Lade.
